I joined some wonderful young people attending the Feasted Academy, Junior Cookery Workshop. I had a lovely time with the young people during the 3-hour session and we all got involved in making gnocchi, an accompanying gnocchi sauce, garlic flatbread, and a chocolate pot.

I'm passionate about getting our young people involved in cooking and also getting better food knowledge into schools because if our young people have the knowledge and skills then they will be able to have better lives as a result of being able to prepare healthy foods.
