I was pleased to welcome Cris Cohen to the office to meet with Cllr. Dean Richardson and I to discuss his project to train resilience in young people going into the hospitality industry, his ideas for sustainable solutions for the hospitality industry.

I've also signed up to his Feast at home box to collect at the end of the month and I will be sharing my experience with it on social media.
