Recently, Jack and I met with the Secretary of State for Education, Nadhim Zahawi to raise the importance of continuing to support our local schools and colleges to allow our young people to reach their full potential.
It's really great news that Stoke-on-Trent will become a new ‘Education Investment Area which will attract extra investment, with retention payments for the best teachers as well as money and powers to get great Multi-academy trusts into the area.
