Following a number of emails from residents about the alarm that has been ringing 24/7 at the former Go Outdoors building in Hanley, I have been to speak with staff at Wynsors and the Big Charity Shop to hear their frustrations of having to constantly listen to the alarm ringing whilst working.
No one seems to know who is a keyholder or how to turn it off. I have spoken with the local PCSO who is going to try and find out more details about the possible keyholders and I will be contacting the council because this is noise pollution and completely unacceptable and we have to get it turned off.
