During Conservatives Spring Conference, I met the owner of Bispham Station Cafe Bar and had a great chat about Levelling Up. He kindly invited me to visit and see levelling up Blackpool in action.
He's converting Bispham Station into a cafe and open roof terrace with views of the sea. I had a lovely hot chocolate and highly recommend a visit to Bispham Station if you visit Blackpool.
