I had a great visit to the Feasted HQ on the Spode site to meet with business owner, Cris to have a chat about some of his ideas to get young people inspired in the world of cooking and how we can get them excited about different types of food and the story that its components portray. It's really important that we have quality training schemes in Stoke-on-Trent to allow our young people to reach their full potential.
