I have been in Israel this week whilst Parliament is on recess with some of my Conservative colleagues. We have received a strategic briefing from the Israel Defense Forces on the country's border with Syria, and we have also had the opportunity to explore a tunnel constructed by Hezbollah. This tunnel extends 2km from the Lebanese town of Ramyah into northern Israel and is located 80m underground.
