It was lovely to welcome the Home Secretary, Priti Patel to Stoke-on-Trent where we met at my office to discuss the
Home Office jobs coming to the city, it is brilliant that we are going to see a range of jobs from entry-level to senior management ensuring there are opportunities for progression within our local community.
Cllr. Abi Brown and I then took her for a tour around Hanley and to the Police and Fire Hub to meet with Ben Adams where he gave us a tour of the hub.
In the evening, Priti kindly joined us for a drinks reception to meet with Stoke-on-Trent Conservative members.
