A massive thank you to everyone who attended the Jobs & Skills Fair that myself, Jack Brereton MP, and Jonathan Gullis MP hosted in the King's Hall earlier today. It was brilliant to see over 60 businesses and training providers here today with lots of opportunities available.
It was a fantastic success which saw 457 people attend and so many people offered jobs on the spot, it's incredible to see people getting work, getting into new skills, and training opportunities.
It was also great to hear from the businesses and training providers that attended today that they are desperate for another event because it was so successful, so we will be back for another Jobs and Skills Fair.
