Last Thursday, Chancellor Rishi Sunak visited the Spode Works site in Stoke which is set to benefit from the Government's Levelling Up Fund to have a tour of the site and to see how the cash will be used to transform the historic former factory.
Following his tour of the site, the Chancellor joined businesses from across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire for the launch event of the Stoke-on-Trent Business Club in the Factory Floor venue space at the Quarter at Potbank. Business leaders at the event had an opportunity to network with other businesses and it was great that so many businesses attended to hear from the Chancellor and ask him questions.
