I visited Boatman Drive to see what progress has taken place since the council wrote to residents. I'm pleased to report the council has now installed a gate to allow contractors access to the site.
I am very pleased to see exploratory works started yesterday to find out what's going on under the road and hopefully, this will then lead to a lasting solution. I will be keeping a watchful eye on things and at least this is a first step to trying to find a long-term solution.
